 Ann Heitland, Associate Broker, CRS, GRI, ABRAnn Heitland is an Associate Broker with RE/MAX Peak Properties. Before her career in real estate, Ann practiced law for 23 years, where she likewise was driven by the desire for results for her clients based on hard work founded on precise information. In order to spend more time outdoors and in Flagstaff, Ann chose to become a real estate professional in 1998. Ann grew up in Iowa and graduated from The College (1972) and the Law School (1975) of the University of Chicago. She also studied in the U of C’s Graduate School of Business. Ann is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and has completed the education of EcoBroker International® and of the Certified Distressed Property Institute.
